If you are receiving an error from Outlook like:
==> "Your host put an end to the connection in an unexpected way. The possible causes can be problems with the host or the network, or a too long an idle period. Account : 'pop.mydomain.com', Host : 'pop.mydomain.com', Protocol : POP3, Server's response : '+OK xxxxx octets follow.', Port : 110, Safety (SSL) : Non"
This error can be caused by one of two things :
- Most likely the problem is due to software on your machine which is blocking access to our server(firewall, antivirus, antispam..). You need to configure this software to allow access to our server.
- This can also occur due to a misconfiguration of your Internet connection, more specifically an MTU problem .

==> If you have an "Relay Access Denied" error while attempting to send an e-mail via smtp.ieuroppro.com :
This error indicates that you have not activated the smtp Authentification in your customer email account. It is necessary that you be logged onto the smtp server in order to send emails. The passwords specified for the smtp server are the same as those used for the POP3 server.
